I made this three years ago and haven't touched it in a long time.
It says, at the top " The permissions on this repository are being updated. This may take a while. During this time, you or some of the project's contributors may not be able to push to this repository. ", and I can't clone over ssh because "The permissions on this repository are being updated. Cloning over SSH is disabled"
This hits me as well: https://pagure.io/fork/peartown/fedora-l10n/docs. The state hasn't changed since I created the fork on 2022-01-08.
Both forks have been fixed, but note that this is more relevant to the infrastructure team than an upstream ticket
