I have admin level access to solaar and I'm unable to change the default bugzilla assignee. I think this permission should not be limited to main admin only.
This is technically a ticket for: https://pagure.io/pagure-dist-git/ (it's not on pagure.io, so it's dist-git specific).
That being said, it is this way because the current main admin is the current default assignee in bugzilla and we did not want other maintainer to change that without the consent of the current default assignee.
