Same thing happened last friday, which timed out after 21 hours. This one has been running for over an hour, which is unexpected since the pykickstart test suite just runs pylint and some unit tests.
This is not a Pagure issue, you probably should file this with Fedora CI: https://pagure.io/fedora-ci/general/issues
