the "freshest" release is 9 years old. this list is of no use if not updated regulary.
Releases are based on git tags. When we migrated from Dist-CVS to Dist-Git (and moved to Koji for the build system), we stopped using tags to mark released builds.
If you want to see releases of packages, look in Fedora packages: https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/firefox/builds/
As @ngompa said this higlights the git tags, if maintainer don't push/use them then there is nothing we can do.
