Invalid Insufficient data Fixed Duplicate Won't Fix
  1. User A submits a pull request.
  2. user B comments inlinein the Files Changed tab - line N in File F
  3. User A pushes new commits to the PR, they change the content of file F, but not near line N
  4. The inline comment is not visible in the Files Changed tab

This is very bad for posting and reading continues feedback.
