I think there is a regression from #2245 please see https://pagure.io/fedora-localization-statistics/c/4da1a65fb4c062164040c2bfeea36a2dcf11c56a?branch=master it says: "empty file added" while the file isn't empty but binary.
In addition, when sharing the direct link : https://pagure.io/fedora-localization-statistics/blob/master/f/results/f30/_concat.ods user will download a html page instead of seing it's a binary and easily download it.
Using the raw url works fine: https://pagure.io/fedora-localization-statistics/raw/master/f/results/f30/_concat.ods
