#4385 [RFE] : allowing project deletion through pagure API (or at least command line - pagure-admin)

There is a need sometimes to delete repositories that were wrongly created by pagure (see #4384 )
Actually, it seems that the current api (https://pagure.io/api/0/) doesn't provide a way to delete projects.
That would be useful to offer a way to do that, to automate those operations, in case where something goes wrong (see other ticket mentioned above)

I went with the pagure-admin approach for now, we'll see if the API endpoint is still requested in the future.
