There seems to be a problem with either creating zip or tar.gz archives of releases with pagure.io

An example was sent to Fedora Infrastructure this morning as follows:
could you please fix the links for download releases? Thanks.

https://pagure.io/mod_nss/archive/mod_nss1018/mod_nss-mod_nss1018.zip

There have been similar issues opened in Fedora Infrastructure

I talked with dev and they said to open a tracking ticket here and point people to it.

I've just restarted the workers on the host and mod_nss seems to be working again :)

In the case of https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/oraculum/releases it seems to be a different issue for which I have the fix.
