My keys expired. By that time I had forgotten where to put them in order for fedpkg to use them. Ends up the answer was ~/.config/rpkg/fedpkg.conf

Maybe add a bit of help for the normal Fedora toolset that will be using the keys.

Well, this is a fedpkg issue, not really a pagure one :)
Together with the expiration message, fedpkg could provide this information

Interesting, I'm facing a huge WTF editing the ~/.config/fedrepo_req/config.ini, and it's in ~/.config/rpkg/fedpkg.conf. In the meantime, I reported those:
