Right now, it's impossible to cancel a PR (for example, if the approach taken was determined to be completely wrong). At the moment, it remains in the pending PR list forever.

I think this is a duplicate of https://pagure.io/pagure/issue/296

There is a first pull-request trying to address this but it's not ready to be merged yet. Sorry for the inconvenience.
