It seems that links to specific lines in PR diffs don't work. E.g. for https://pagure.io/pagure/pull-request/3821

When I try to copy a link to the last line of the last diff, I get this url: https://pagure.io/pagure/pull-request/3821#_3,19 - but when I send it to someone else, they just land on the tab with the diff, but their window is on the top, it doesn't move to the anchor. It seems that the right anchor is "#3_19", but when I try to use that, I land on the tab with comments, not with the diff.
