Since 5.0, I receive Issue import report emails from issues I upload content to (e.g. a picture / screenshot)
The most recent example came from this issue I filed:

This email was sent after my comment where I uploaded a screenshot.
Not sure if a bug or a changed configuration for a repo. I'm not sure how to debug this further.
An interesting observation I noticed, the email is sent immediately when I upload the content regardless of whether I've posted my comment yet or not.
I believe this has been fixed in 5.1 :)
