#3633 Settings/Hooks: Invisible "Active" checkbox in some browsers

If I open project settings, go to Hooks and open some sections, eg. "Pagure" or "Pagure Requests", the section ends with word Active, and there's supposed to be a checkbox but it's hidden. Note that some other checkbox or input fields appear correctly, eg. fields in "Pagure CI".

Tested on Fedora 28 in qutebrowser v1.2.1 and midori 0.5.11. Firefox works fine.

Affects both production pagure (v4.0.4) and stage (v4.92.0).

This was already reported in https://pagure.io/pagure/issue/3435 apparently it is also happening in Chrome :(

Commit 014c1cc2 fixes this issue
