Sometimes it will be useful to limit email addresses to organization email adresses and disallow any external addresses to avoid leaking sensitive information outside the corporate network.
This should be a list, set in the pagure config file. If non-empty, adding new mail addresses not on the list should be prohibited, mails to existing mail-adresses not on the list must not be sent.
