The total count of watchers in the repo_info on the new ui is incorrect.
This is because, by default, owners and others are by default set to watch projects, but don't have an entry in the Watchers table unless they change their watch status.
Currently, we use {{ repo.watchers | length }} which does not include the watchers that are there by default.
