This happens in (up to date) Chrome browser on both linux and windows - the checkbox works in Firefox.
@ryanlerch any idea what could cause a checkbox to not show on chrome?
Even though your ticket was earlier, https://pagure.io/pagure/issue/3633 seems to be getting more traction, so I'm going to close this ticket in favor of the newer one.
