Other Git URLs
The repo settings page is now tabbed, and uses HTML anchors to show the relevant tab. However, when editing a setting, most requests only re-direct back to the first tab. We need to go through and update all these re-directs so they use the appropriate anchor to show the tab the user was previously on.
