So I thought I'd give it a push by Forking the repository. I clicked Fork and got blue not-so-error message

Is there something wrong with the repo, or with pagure itself?

This is a known issue that has already been reported at: https://pagure.io/pagure/issue/3232

The current way around is simply to wait a little and try again.
