When creating a new PR with multiple commits, the system should attempt to saver user's time by prepopulating the form fields:
I'm not sure about this, I often pile together commits that are related overall but the commit messages should be considered individually, so putting them all in the initial comment is not going to make sense.
I'm going to close this one as wontfix for now, if more people feel differently, we may reconsider it.
