#3008 /browse/projects/ does not show private repositories

/browse/projects/ does not show private repositories. users which have access to them should be able to view private repostories under project browser. perhaps they should be shown with "red lock"-icon.

I think that's a bad idea why would I want to see my private projects in /browse/projects rather user landing page can have a list of private projects.

I actually think it's a fair request, the browse page should show you all the projects you have access to if you're authenticated.
