When submitting comments on a Pagure Pull Request, the term "Update Pull-Request" made me pause before I hit it — as it can confusingly imply that I could modify the actual content of the Pull Request.
E.g. see here: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-gertty/pull-request/1
Therefore, for comments submission on a Pagure Pull Request, I'd change the term: "Update Pull-Request" to "Submit".
Works for me, let's adjust the issue page as well then
Though for issue the label maybe more correct as it will submit changes to the metadata on the right at the same time as the comment
