Unfortunately, jquery.dotdotdot has changed its license upstream from MIT to a non-free CC-BY-NC-4.0. pagure bundles version 1.8.3 of the library, which still uses MIT. However, for distros that have a strict policy against bundling, this is something problematic because it is unrealistic to expect version 1.8.3 to be packaged (at the time of this writing, dotdotdot's version is 3.1.0). Therefore, I believe the best course of action here is to stop depending on dotdotdot completely. I don't know how big the impact on the UI would be, though.
