Steps to reproduce:
1. log in to pagure (in my case the instance on src.fedoraproject.org)
2. fork any repo
3. in your own fork, view a text file
4. have a look at the buttons above file contents
5. Click the "Fork and Edit" button

What happens:
Pagure shows a "Fork and Edit" button, which makes no sense here, because I only have one account and cannot fork to any other repo anyway. Clicking the button results in a warning: "Repo [name] already exists".

What should happen:
Don't show this button if the only possible fork does already exist.
