I filed a PR for Koji targeting the legacy-py24 branch
https://pagure.io/koji/pull-request/523
I used the merge button in the web ui to merge it. The PR now shows as merged, however the legacy-py24 branch is unchanged. So, it seems the PR itself was closed without actually merging the changes.

This should work though and has been tested enough in other projects.
@puiterwijk looked into this one, I will let him comment on his conclusions

Have you had the problem more recently or was this more like a one-off error?
I have not had occasion to try. I guess I could set up a test
Tried to replicate this on a test repo and could not, perhaps it was a one-off
Alright let's close this one as it seems to not be reproducible and let's re-open if it happens again.
Thanks for your report!
