basically if you attach a file by clicking 'browse' and then select more than one file, you will end up with only a single link. If you choose three files it will say three files are selected for upload, but there will only be a link to one of them in your comment. To be clear, you are not selecting browse multiple times. You select it only once, but the choose multiple files to upload.
This is a duplicate of https://pagure.io/pagure/issue/2315 reported by you and got fixed in https://pagure.io/pagure/pull-request/2322
So it will be in the next release :)

hmm - so i saw that the other issue was fixed and thought a fix had made it in. there are actually 2 separate issues and I'm not sure which one was fixed (or maybe both of them).
are they both fixed?
I think both were the same problem or at least had the same root and thus should be both fixed.
