Since the upgrade to pagure 2.9, all our previous Issue attachments are now missing - we get 404 errors.
Here is an example:

We get 404 for ALL attachments that were added to Issues before pagure was upgraded to 2.90
Hi, this is a result of a change that was made in 2.90 unfortunately. I have submitted a PR to fix this (#2304), but upstream was still thinking if they like this fix. For now, you can just remove the files/ part of the attachment url to get back to your attachment.
