While using pagure.io, often the website will drop all it's theme's and eventually will "recover". This makes the site unusable in the time it's broken, as most of the java script elements do not load. The webinspector shows all content is 200 and returned correctly, and I have flushed the DNS cache on my system. <img alt="Screenshot_from_2017-04-21_10-57-20.png" src="/pagure/issue/raw/files/762d9f530cdd077be83ac2184ed61631c0b0070860ccf6f66db6992d3549d5b8-Screenshot_from_2017-04-21_10-57-20.png" />

This happens about once a week, and after a few hours it goes away. I'm not sure if it's a hosting issues, or pagure setting a cache timeout too low relative to a CDN, or some other issues, but it makes pagure near impossible to use because I can't edit ticket metadata at all.
It looks like the root cause is that apps.fedoraproject.org's A record sometimes is not able to be resolved. This may be an issue with our corporate network.
FTR pagure.io does not use any CDN, I would be less surprised with some DNS issue at the network level or so
Out of curiosity is this still happening or was it temporary?
ping?
Otherwise I'll be closing this ticket for lack of info :)
