PR 1510 allows a user to subscribe to specific issues. This is nice. A fair amount of discussion also takes place in pull requests and often users want to be able to subscribe to those as well. Please add the ability to "click the subscribe button" to subscribe to comments from pull requests.

I would like to work on this, Could you please tell me how should I start.
