After adding a commit to branch and a comment , the comments that were with the file doesn't appear in file section of the pull request #1810

That's normal, the comments were made on the file before you changed it, and since pagure links comment with a certain version of the file, if you change the file, the comment no longer appear.

That's one reason why they are on the main comments section.

Oh sorry, I didn't notice this , So I shall close the issue :) :P
