I was just reviewing a pull request[0] on which I left a code comment and also a general comment. Both of these did not appear in the UI until I refreshed the page.

Ok, the comment has been added fine, so I'm going to close this ticket.
The root cause is known (#462) but we do not have a clear fix for this for now.
