The email notification on rebases states that the PR has been commented on. The email should differentiate and note there was a rebase.

Pagure doesn't send email upon notifications, only for actual comments.

Are you sure the notification you get is sent by pagure?
What do the headers say?

You're right. I typed email and meant fedmsg. I received notifications about comments from that. I have not checked the raw message bus message, but I wonder if it needs differentiation.

And close the ticket there.
