It would be super convenient to be able to initiate PRs from the master repo screen without having to navigate to my fork.

When accessing the page listing all the pull-request, the drop down File Pull-Request should include your branches already

While non obvious, this works. It'd be nice if it would have a notification bubble or something. But, that is a feature that can wait.

The open PR dropdown in 5.0 does this on every page now.
