If you go to the issue's page( https://pagure.io/pagure/issues ) and click on any reporter say @rahulbajaj( https://pagure.io/pagure/issues?author=rahulbajaj ) you will see the issues that are filtered by reporter. Now if you click on the 'closed' tab, you will be able to see the closed issues that are filtered by the reporter(i.e : @rahulbajaj - https://pagure.io/pagure/issues?status=Closed&author=rahulbajaj )

But for the pull requests this is not the case, if you go to the pr's page and click on any reporter say @pingou ( https://pagure.io/pagure/pull-requests?status=Open&author=pingou ) it will show you all the open pr's by @pingou.

Now, if you press the 'closed' button it will show you all the closed pr's rather than showing you only the closed pr's by @pingou.
