I'm fairly certain that I only clicked the submit button once, but my comment on one of my issues went onto it twice, one second apart:

I'll leave them both there in case it helps with debugging.
We have had the issue a few times before, the solution we took is to disable the 'Submit' buttons on the page, but sometime the server is slow and people manage to click twice on the button thinking nothing happened.
If you find a way to reproduce this (maybe stg.pagure.io would be a better way to test though :)), I am all hears, it's a tricky one :(

@pingou I don't believe I have noticed this one in a while.
Me neither which makes me inclined to close this for now.
I'll wait a day or two if more people chime in for this issue and otherwise I'll close it.
