I am getting an error in the apache logs when a user attempts to resend their email verification message from the pagure interface. For example:

The server itself is able to send mail through our relay and I also receive email when pushing to a project.

The git hook used to notify of a commit uses a different code path than the rest of the notifications in pagure.

The only time when the email is printed in the logs instead of being sent is when EMAIL_SENT in the configuration file is not set to True (unlike what the documentation says, the default is False not True [1], I'll fix that).
