Steps to reproduce:

1. Open an issue
2. Close it as Invalid
3. Click Edit metadata
4. Set Status to Open
5. Set Closed as to empty value
6. Click Update
7. The issue now says Open as Invalid.
8. Refresh the page
9. The issue now says Open, but is highlighted in red.

I would expect a reopened issue to be just open without any reasons and display the same way a fresh issue is displayed (i.e. blue).
