When i enter './runtests.py' i get a error saying that 'nose>=0.10.4' required.

@pingou should we add 'nose>=0.10.4' in the 'requirements.txt' ?

sorry, i just saw the tests_requirements.txt. Can we mention about the 'tests_requirements.txt' in the docs and also add it to the README.rst page so that one can install the dependencies corectly?
