Reopen Issue

To reproduce

  1. Create a new repository and check "Create README.md"
  2. Navigate to "Files" and open README.md
  3. Remove the contents of the file and attempt to commit it
  4. Take a look at the "Commits" tab.

The POST returns with HTTP 200, but the commit does not appear to be made.
