I think a little bootstrap fixing is required. When i make the size of the window less, the Overview, Docs, Commits, Files, Releases, Issues and Settings are not seen.

This looks like a problem with loading icons: on narrow window I get tabs with icons on them. The first tab can be clearly seen in the screenshot. Also the + icon in the top right is missing.

Yes, at that size, only the icons show.

For some reason, however the icons are not showing on your test instance. You might need to check if firefox has reported any errors when trying to load the openiconic font.
