I just created a new issue with the title "Web-based editing / change request submission" (or maybe just "Web-based editing / change request" — I don't remember exactly). When I submitted, that came out as just "Web-based editing / cha ". How'd that happen?
This is odd, I just tried on my test project, seems to work fine

I'm going to close this one as it seems that it has not been replicated and some people gave fairly long title to their issue: https://pagure.io/pagure/issue/374 for example
