I'm started using Pagure for Russian speaking on http://git.org.ru (also pagure.ru) can I push (in pull-request) Flask-Babel dependency for preparing to translate all texts to russian language?
Or, can I define new configuration key for specify flask template witch can be translated different languages?

We have already started this discussion in https://pagure.io/pagure/issue/721 so maybe we could keep it in one place.

As for your questions here, I think I'd want to see what you have in mind more precisely. Adding a dep (to flask-babel) without actually using it seems wrong and the configuration key I think we could avoid it by using: https://docs.pagure.org/pagure/usage/theming.html

I'm going to close this one as duplicate of #721 for now. We can discuss things further there and re-open this one if needed.
