This can be thought of being similar to #1034 - but this isn't about activity - this is just about making it easier for users to see all their issues/pull requests (ones they've filed, or ones they're mentioned in or subscribed to).

For example, at the moment one has to go to each project manually and see what pull requests/tickets they need to look at - this will become much better with notifications and watch functionality already I think, but a page which shows information from all projects would be quite useful too?

something like: http://pagure.io/user/ankursinha/pulls (or http://pagure.io/pulls when logged in) and http://pagure.io/user/ankursinha/issues (http://pagure.io/issues when logged in)?

(This won't be datagrepper dependent either I think?)
