#34 Speed up re-generating the entire gitolite.conf

Currently re-generating the entire gitolite.conf takes hours because it calls to PDC for every project.

It would be nice to have a way to speed this up, maybe a local caching or being to get multiple project at once?

Since gitolite is slowly being removed, I think we can close this one
