I had to deactivate the hook to push epel8 branch for https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/35804, but after pushing epel8 branch, I wanted to activate the hook again, but it started throwing 500 error.
This was a permissions problem on hooks, long since fixed. :)
