This commit removes all the repository contents except a stub README stating that the repo hasn been migrated to Fedora Forge.

It should not be merged until after https://forge.fedoraproject.org/docs/docs-fp-o/pulls/31 is merged to avoid breaking the docs build.

Couldn't we just update the readme and leave everything else alone?

I prefer the approach in this PR, it makes it more obvious that this repo has been migrated. Only changing the readme would be easier to miss.

+1 to this once that other PR is merged.
