#1463 Update instructions for the separate GPGverify package.

GPGverify has been moved to a separate package on Fesco's request. The signature verification instructions should be updated to reflect this. Although a dependency trick is in place to keep things working, packagers adding signature verification should be told to require GPGverify the proper way.

While I'm submitting a merge request anyway, let's also mention that GPGverify now allows more than one keyring and non-detached signatures.

Changes look fine to me.

Next week it will, when this metapackage is released from testing:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/gpgverify/blob/f41/f/gpgverify.spec

The metapackage is coming to EPEL too, so "BuildRequires: gpgverify"
will work everywhere.
