Would it be possible to add an anchor to the warning in https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Python/#_source_files_from_pypi and link to it from here? E.g.:

From Fedora Linux 38 on, it is no longer possible to build a Python package with version 0
to prevent accidental loss of the actual version information.
