== Important notes on these Guidelines
The guidelines in the following sections make extensive use of the macros defined in /etc/rpm/macros.emacs and /etc/rpm/macros.xemacs which are installed with the emacs-common and xemacs-common packages.
This PR removes the description of how to create an Emacs package for EOL Fedoras. I think this description is excessive because the guidelines apply to the currently released, non-end-of-life versions of Fedora, as well as the development version of Fedora (Rawhide).
