The BinLib spec template seems to have a typo in the Requires and Supplements for the -prof package. These need to include the ghc- prefix, since the BinLib spec uses %{pkg_name} rather than ghc-%{pkg_name} as Name. I tested this with an in-progress BinLib package (citeproc), and confirmed it with the pandoc spec file.
