Looking at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Python#Macros , the table is collapsed by default. That means searching for a particular macro on the page doesn't work (the browser doesn't search in invisible content). Also, it's not really clear that the table can be expanded and it's easily overlooked at the current state.
Please expand the table by default.

It's collapsed on purpose; the page is long enough at it is without this big list of macros near the beginning.
I don't think it makes much difference. It's long anyway. Broken Ctrl+F sounds serious to me.
I remove the mw-collapse class from the table. When we move the guidelines out of the wiki we probably won't have access to things like that anyway so it's not really worth arguing about.
